The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security held the Coordination Committees Meeting at the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai on Monday, 12 January 2026, in the presence of H.E. Major General Suhail Saeed Al Khaili, Director General of the Authority, as part of efforts to enhance institutional coordination and integrate efforts across various sectors.
The meeting was attended by H.E. Major General Saeed Balhas Al Shamsi, Acting Director General of Identity and Foreigners Affairs; H.E. Major General Obaid Muhair bin Suroor, Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai; and H.E. Major General Dr. Ali bin Ajif Al Zaabi, Assistant Director General for Monitoring of Violations & Foreigners Affairs, along with a number of officers and officials.
During the meeting, mechanisms for developing work processes and raising operational performance efficiency were discussed, in support of achieving the Authority’s strategic objectives.
The meeting comes as part of a series of periodic meetings aimed at strengthening institutional integration and establishing a flexible and effective operational framework that contributes to enhancing the quality of services provided.
