The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Port Security celebrated the graduation of the fourth cohort of customs inspection officers enrolled in the specialized martial arts training program (Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai), on Tuesday, 27 January 2026, at the Emirates Academy for Identity and Citizenship in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi.
H.E. Brigadier Dr. Omar Mohammed Al Owais, Acting Executive Director of the Maritime Ports Affairs Sector, honored the graduates and presented them with their graduation certificates, in recognition of their efforts, discipline, and commitment, as well as the advanced levels they achieved throughout the program.
The implementation of this program comes as part of the Authority’s commitment to enhancing the physical and mental readiness of its personnel, raising their efficiency and ability to deal with various security challenges, and supporting the port security ecosystem while strengthening field performance efficiency.
