ICA considers Cooperation with the “Red Crescent”

Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship discussed the ways of furthering cooperation with the UAE Red Crescent Authority and building effective organizational partnerships, which contribute to achieving common goals and visions.

This came in line with a visit by a delegation from the Red Crescent Authority to ICA’s Headquarters in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi. Both parties discussed cooperation in the fields of community awareness, encouraging humanitarian and charity work, and enhancing the culture of volunteering, as well as exchanging experiences. This in turn would contribute to promoting services and developing the organizational performance with a view to achieving excellence.

During the meeting, the parties confirmed the importance of enhancing communication and cooperation among partners to achieve mutual interest and enable them to achieve their strategic goals properly and effectively. Accordingly, organizational excellence and leadership in developing and providing services can be achieved in accordance with the best standards, and ultimately the highest levels of customer satisfaction and happiness can be achieved.

Amer Mohammed Al Zaabi, Director of Resource Development Department, headed the Red Crescent delegation, while Lieutenant Colonel Jamal Al Khateri, Director of the Strategy and Future Department headed ICA’s party.
