“FAIC” praises its female employees and their role in its journey to excellence.

FAIC celebrates today its female employees on the occasion of Emirati Women’s Day which is celebrated by the State on 28th August each year in recognition of the efforts exerted by the daughters of UAE homeland in order to contribute to the comprehensive development process in the state, and their effective role in building homeland and achieving the aspirations of the wise leadership and its future vision towards a society enjoying the highest standards of well-being and happiness.

FAIC congratulates its female employees on this occasion, which represents a station to estimate achievements of UAE women and their role in building society along with men, praising excellent achievements of their female employees in many areas and their contributions to enable FAIC to achieve their strategic objectives.

FAIC emphasizes the pioneer and central role of the Emirates women in building the homeland, raising its position and in achieving achievements are honored in all over the world in various fields and levels. FAIC refers that UAE women have got great support and attention since the country has been established by the late forgiven Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who saw woman as a half of society, also building and developing society could not be optimally done without the active and influential participation of women in its journey.

FAIC refers in its words addressed to its female employees on this occasion that such deep support and dedication under the leadership of H.H Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of UAE, are through releasing plans and programs that empower women in all political, functional, legislative and judicial fields, and enhancing their position and leading role in various aspects of decision-making.

FAIC shows that the role of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, President of the General Women’s Union, the Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, the President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, in supporting UAE women has had a profound impact in enabling women to achieve their aspirations either in the field of education and having the highest degrees in different specializations or in taking responsibilities in entities and organizations in various sectors to contribute, along with men, to the process of comprehensive cultural renaissance and to achieve successive achievements, so that UAE will take its deserved position and continue its journey towards the highest standing.

FAIC points out that our celebration today is the Day of men’s mothers, men’s sisters and men’s daughters; It is the day of women, who share with parents and grandparents details of their lives in happiness and sadness, from days of diving, cattle breeding and desert movement to the era of renaissance, prosperity and the comfortable life. Women were always the good partner and fellow traveler who have not been slow to support and stand

along with their partners to build a good family, bring up generations that built and still build the homeland and breeding men who sacrifice homeland with their souls and guard with their great care.

FAIC praises the Emirate women throughout the country and its female employees in particular and asserts its proud of the women’s role in its journey and of their continuous giving in all fields of work and their contributions which enabled FAIC to achieve excellence and improve performance in order that the vision of wise leadership that is; UAE is always at the forefront can be achieved.

FAIC praised the initiative of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak, “Mother of Emirates”, to dedicate the 28th of August each year to celebrate Emirati women in recognition of their efforts and sacrifices to serve the nation, the matter which emphasizes the deepness of cohesion between UAE leadership and its people, and constitutes Medal of Honor and Pride to all females who belong to this good land. FAIC asserts that the support of Her Highness enabled the Emirati daughter to achieve qualitative successes in its process in various areas of life, as women play an active role in the social and economic life.

On this occasion, FAIC recalls greatly and respectfully the role played by mothers and grandmothers in the various fields of UAE life before the renaissance of State, their struggle along with men for their livelihood, their suffering to live, assisting to their husbands in all aspects of life and their prominent role in the process of building and prosperity.

On this occasion, FAIC’s Customer Happiness Centers also celebrate its female employees and present bouquets of roses to them, distributing candies and symbolic gifts to female employees and customers in recognition of the role of women in the process of building and their tenders to achieve happiness to their homes, families and society.
