Emirates Identity Authority allocates education and development item in 2012 budget

H.E. Dr. Eng. Ali Mohammed Al Khouri, Emirates ID Director General, has instructed that an item for education and development be allocated in the Emirates Identity Authority new budget for next year 2012.

Al Khouri stressed the keenness of the Higher Management at the Emirates Identity Authority on providing all forms of financial and moral support to the national employees who graduated with distinction and joined the UAE higher education organizations on a part-time basis.

The Higher Management’s move in this connection is an embodiment of the corporate excellence methodology adopted by the Emirates Identity Authority, which pays special attention to the knowledge and academic development of its employees based on its belief that it is necessary to develop human resources and provide everything that would help them be excellent, distinguished and innovative, Al Khouri said.

While chairing a meeting to discuss next year’s budget, Al Khouri clarified that the Emirates Identity Authority started preparing an integrated set of incentives for its national cadres to carry on their academic careers in an excellent and creative manner with the aim of training them to deal with knowledge-based community bin the UAE effectively and efficiently.

The Emirates Identity Authority started laying down the organizational, legal and administrative frameworks under which the education and development item would be dealt with in next year’s budget, he said.

Al Khouri pointed out that the Emirates Identity Authority would repay all tuition fees for its national employees who graduated with distinction from UAE private higher education organizations and would pay bonuses to those who graduated with distinction from the government higher education organizations.

The meeting was attended by H.E. Eng. Nasser Al Mazrouei, ICT Executive Director, H.E. Yousef Al Bulooshi, Chief Executive Officer of Registration
Centers, H.E. Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Executive Director of Population Register, and a number of directors at the Emirates Identity Authority.
