Eng. Nasser Al Mazrouei, FAIC’s Executive Director of Customer Happiness Centers Operations Sector inspected the work at Musaffah Customer Happiness Center annexed to Preventive Medicine Center.
During his visit, Al Mazrouei met the Center’s staff, officials and number of Customers. He listened to their comments, which aims at developing performance and upgrading it to the best levels, the matter which reduces the time and effort to the visitors.
Al Mazrouei encouraged the Center’s staff to continue to work in a team spirit, enhance the spirit of innovation, redouble efforts, work hard and to have positive energy to upgrade services to the level of seven stars to make customers happy and satisfied.
Al Mazrouei also attended a brainstorming session participated by the Center’s staff and number of customers to identify their needs and aspirations and listen to their opinions and suggestions towards improving and developing the services provided by FAIC.
