ICA’s Customer Happiness Center in Khalifa City honored the employee AbdulAziz Said Darwesh, Chief Administration Officer of Customer Happiness, for the effort and dedication made in work in February 2019.
Ahmed khalifa Al Qubaisi, Director of the Center, delivered the certificate of appreciation to Darwesh, in the presence of Sultan Al Dhaheri and praised his effort, good performance, and distinguished dealing with the customers, and invited his colleagues to follow his steps and exert more effort to provide the highest and best services for the customers.
On the other part, Darwesh expressed his happiness of such a kind gesture and thanked ICA for giving attention to the distinguished employees, the matter which motivates them to do their best.
