The Customer Happiness Center at Umm Al Quwain has organized a human initiative to mitigate the impact of high temperatures on customers and visitors and to bring joy and pleasure to them.
The initiative involved distributing umbrellas for cars to the Customer Happiness Center’s visitors before going out after completing their transactions, to protect them from damages caused by high temperatures because of their vehicles are exposed to sun.
The initiative is organized as a part of EIDA’s keenness to participate in humanitarian activities that serve various sectors of society and its people, and to promote the spirit of participation, active community responsibility and the concept of humanitarian work in its employees and customers.
