The acting director of “Abu Dhabi Centers”, director of EIDA’s Customer Happiness Center at Al Ain, Amer Al-Muhri visited Customer Happiness Center of Emirates Identity Authority annexed to the Preventive Medicine Center at Khalifa Medical City in order to see the work progress.
Al-Muhri, during his visit, met the Center’s staff, its director, Sae’d Al Baloushi, and a number of customers and heard their opinions, notes and suggestions in order to develop performance and improve services provided to them to be at the best level.
Al-Muhri called the Center’s staff to do more efforts, and provide the highest quality services to the customers, to make them happy and satisfied and put a smile on their faces.
At the end of visit, Al- Muhri honored the Center’s outstanding employees last June 2017, in recognition of their efforts, their dedication in performing their duties and achieving high productivity.
