The General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Abu Dhabi, under the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security (ICP), organized the fourth Customer Council of 2025 on Thursday, 13 November 2025, under the theme “With the Customer’s Voice… We Improve and Advance.” The session witnessed the participation of numerous customers, including citizens, residents, and employees.
The council comes as part of the Directorate’s ongoing commitment to enhancing government services and promoting transparency through a series of Customer Councils that provide a valuable platform for direct engagement with the public and for involving them in improving and developing the services delivered.
The discussions covered several key topics related to the enhancement of the service ecosystem, most notably the Domestic Workers Service Package, the re-engineering of processes and controls for investor establishment card registration and cancellation, and the interactive services guide.
