Request or Suggestion To Provide Data | Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs & Port Security

This service is provided exclusively for the purpose of requesting access to open data. It may not be used to submit complaints, observations, or general suggestions, nor is it a channel for proposing, requesting the creation of, or the provision of data that is not available with the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP).
Please complete the request form below. The applicant will be contacted within a period not exceeding three (3) working days in order to be provided with the requested data and information, in accordance with the provisions of the approved Open Data Usage Policy and the relevant instructions and regulations.
This service aims to enable students, researchers, academics, media professionals, and other beneficiaries to make use of open data in preparing studies, research, analytical and forward-looking reports, thereby contributing to supporting the State’s strategic and future-oriented directions.
ICP is fully committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal and biometric data and information of its customers, and to safeguarding the relevant legal rights, in accordance with the applicable legislation and the approved related policies.
