The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, represented by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, organized today, Thursday morning (February 23, 2023), the innovation platform in the Mall of the Emirates, as part of the Authority’s activities during the month of innovation “UAE Innovates 2023”.
The platform aimed to educate customers and the public about the innovative services provided by the Authority in the field of identity, passports, residence and foreigners’ affairs, based on the customers’ aspirations, opinions and suggestions that are put forward through the various communication channels of the Authority, which contributed to improving the quality of life of society.
